FinXL IT Professional Services is an innovative Australian owned company providing our clients with technology enabled business solutions and consulting services. As the go-to mid-tier Service Provider for many Australian and International clients, FinXL enjoys a diverse client portfolio, boasting some of the industry leading: Telecommunication, Banking and Finance and Commercial Corporations, along with many State and Federal Government Departments. We are seeking an ICT Project Manager to join our team full time, to work onsite in Sydney CBD. This is highly technical role.

Job Responsibility

  • A Critical Path analysis of all data flows into the finance area and a framework to prioritise the work
  • Shadowing the business team to understand their workflow in signing off the data set
  • Improvements may come from code changes in applications, automating manual adjustments or process changes
  • The work will include 20+ applications and 20+ stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in project & program management
  • Background in management consulting - Manager level or above
  • Experience working in the investment banking/ capital markets domain
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proven track record working with technology, data & finance operations teams
