Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the delivery of ICT programs that enhance business capability, infrastructure resilience, cyber security and service continuity, while ensuring all initiatives directly support the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality aged care services. The role will lead a team that will support the embedding of sustainable service management outcomes aligned to ITIL best practice and drives measurable improvements in processes and technology through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the delivery of ICT programs that enhance business capability, infrastructure resilience, cyber security and service continuity

Drive measurable improvements in processes and technology through Lean and Six Sigma principles
Lead and shape delivery of complex ICT programs across infrastructure and cyber security with PRINCE2-aligned governance
Manage risk, budgets, dependencies and benefits realisation
Contribute to ICT investment prioritisation
Deliver enterprise initiatives across cloud, networks, identity and resilience
Perform hands-on analysis and solution design including uplift of business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities
Engage with executives, clinical leaders and vendors to translate technical risk into clear outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computing/computer science
Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT programs with a strong infrastructure and cyber security focus
Hands-on experience in business and technical analysis, including requirements definition and process improvement
Previous experience managing and leading a technical team
Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure (cloud, hybrid, networks, EUC)
Strong knowledge of cyber security, risk management, and operational resilience
Strong knowledge of ICT service management principles
PRINCE2 Practitioner/ Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or equivalent
ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) or strong ITIL-based service management experience
