ICT Lead Tester

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans for a wide range of specialized systems, from Building Management Systems (BMS) and CCTV to Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS)
• Lead a team of testers, overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, including functional, integration, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and IT teams to ensure all systems are seamlessly integrated and work together perfectly
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing and commissioning phases
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate testing progress and results to key project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations

• Proven experience in ICT systems testing, ideally in a large-scale construction or infrastructure project
• Strong understanding of various large-facility systems such as BMS, CCTV, FIDS, and Baggage Handling Systems (BHS)
• Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• A meticulous approach to quality assurance and a keen eye for detail
