The ICT Business Specialist – Commercial & Dealer Experience is responsible for partnering with commercial, sales, and dealer-facing teams to define, optimize, and support digital solutions that enhance the overall dealer experience. This role plays a critical part in transforming how dealers interact with the company across key processes including quoting, ordering, aftermarket support, and retail programs. The analyst will work closely with regional and global business and IT teams to align solutions, share best practices, and ensure local needs are represented in global system roadmaps.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with commercial, sales, dealer operations, and aftermarket teams to understand business goals, processes, and pain points
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Translate complex dealer and commercial needs into clear, actionable system enhancements
Collaborate with external vendors and technical teams to design scalable, user-centered solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert for dealer business processes such as sales & quoting, ordering, warranty, service workflows, aftermarket support, and retail programs
Advocate for the voice of the dealer and ensure designs align with commercial strategy
Represent local business requirements in global design, governance, and enhancement discussions
Partner with regional/global product teams to ensure alignment with strategy, standards, and roadmaps
Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements, testing, deployment, and hypercare
Lead or support UAT with dealers and internal commercial stakeholders
Develop training materials, workflows, and user documentation for new releases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or dealer/distributor environments
Nice to have:
Experience with commercial systems (CRM, CPQ, dealer portals, order management, aftermarket tools, etc.)
Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend effective solutions
Excellent communication skills and strong documentation capabilities
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
Understanding of system integrations and master data concepts
