Job Description:

The ICEO Senior Advisor provides exclusive, bespoke career advisory services for sitting and transitioning senior leaders from the highest echelons of corporate America, requiring an elevated white glove approach to provide an extraordinary experience.

Job Responsibility:

Own entire service delivery for assigned ICEO client executives
Serve as primary advocate for clients within ICEO practice
Provide strategic thought partnership, guidance, and coaching through search process
Help clients accelerate path to next career phase
Mobilize appropriate ICEO resources
Leverage network of connections for client benefit
Deliver insights on business and employment trends

Requirements:

Over 15 years of experience in a functional, enterprise-wide, or substantial business unit leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level
Strong background of coaching and/or mentoring and development
Track record of creating strong professional relationships at senior management levels (CEO, CFO, COO)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish rapport with senior level executives and influence decision makers
Collaborative team orientation
Emotional intelligence and empathy
Experience with involuntary termination is preferred

Nice to have:

Experience with involuntary termination
Consultative sales & delivery experience in management consulting or human resources management solutions
