Job Description:

Ice Skating is a must-do when visiting Lapland and our Ice Rink team make sure that ‘Father Christmas’ Frozen Pond’ is an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests, regardless of their age or ability!

Job Responsibility:

Safety management of the ice rink, ensuring guests are using the facility in a safe and appropriate manner
Pro-actively manage the condition of the ice rink, ensuring that the ice surface is maintained to standard through the operational day
Manage the issue and collection of skates, safeguarding guests’ personal belongings and storing them appropriately
Deliver a world-class service to guests, ensuring that any issues are resolved in-the-moment, with a touch of Lapland magic

Requirements:

Safety management of the ice rink
Pro-actively manage the condition of the ice rink
Manage the issue and collection of skates
Deliver a world-class service to guests
Minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week
For customer-facing roles in costume: remove all piercings
have natural hair colour and long hair in plaits
arrive with natural appearing make-up, no false eyelashes, false or painted nails
cover all tattoos
remove all jewellery except wedding/engagement rings
leave watches and phones in locker

What we offer:

Hourly pay of £12.25 per hour, plus holiday pay which is paid at the end of your contract
