Join Barclays as an ICB Coverage - Inbound Associate Banker. At Barclays, our vision is clear –to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client inquiries, delivering consistent, high‑quality service with professionalism and responsiveness. You will support client needs across onboarding, KYC refreshes, refunds, reviews, and operational requests while adhering to established policies and procedures. You will bring strong risk awareness, including fraud prevention, complaints handling, and data integrity standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, delivering consistent, high-quality service with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Support client needs across onboarding, KYC refreshes, refunds, reviews, and operational requests while adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Bring strong risk awareness, including fraud prevention, complaints handling, and data integrity standards

Requirements:

  • Ample understanding of risk management, complaints handling, fraud awareness, and data integrity
  • Experience following standard operating procedures (onboarding, KYC reviews, operational processes)
  • High attention to detail to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 63, and 79 or willingness to obtain
