You will support client needs across onboarding, KYC refreshes, refunds, reviews, and operational requests while adhering to established policies and procedures. You will bring strong risk awareness, including fraud prevention, complaints handling, and data integrity standards.
Job Responsibility:

Bring strong risk awareness, including fraud prevention, complaints handling, and data integrity standards
Requirements:
Ample understanding of risk management, complaints handling, fraud awareness, and data integrity
Experience following standard operating procedures (onboarding, KYC reviews, operational processes)
High attention to detail to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 63, and 79 or willingness to obtain
Nice to have:
Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
Ample organization and time management with the ability to handle multiple requests
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
