Job Responsibility:

  • Provide development and optimization support for the existing IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo CAFM application
  • Create, define, and refine dimensions, business rules, workflows, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements
  • Design and implement streamlined processes that align with the TRIRIGA data model and improve overall system performance
  • Support TRIRIGA application upgrades, including: Environment upgrades, Planning and executing content migration, Managing transition activities to minimize business disruption
  • Develop, modify, and maintain reports using BIRT reporting tools
  • Customize and enhance existing TRIRIGA components to improve operational efficiency and maintenance processes
  • Collaborate with facilities, real estate, and workplace teams to ensure system functionality meets business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
  • 5+ years of experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo products (minimum one full contract engagement)
  • 4+ years of experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
  • Strong understanding of CAFM systems and enterprise facilities operations
  • Experience with BIRT report development and customization
  • Proven experience supporting system upgrades and content migrations

Nice to have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
  • 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Manager
  • Experience working in public sector or regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills
