Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations (e.g., SCDF, NEA, MOM, or local equivalents)
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, energy efficiency initiatives, and sustainability strategies
Lead incident response, risk assessments, and business continuity planning
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for client relationship management related to facilities operations
Supervise on-site engineering and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
