Job Title: IBM Sterling OMS Architect. Location: Atlanta, GA (Day1 onsite). FTE. 8 - 13 years of experience. Job Description: Extensive hands‑on experience with IBM Order Management System (OMS) across Distributed Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Call Center, Store, Supplier Collaboration, Logistics, and Reverse Logistics modules. Proven expertise in OMS architecture, solution design, and end‑to‑end implementation in large‑scale retail and omnichannel environments. Strong experience in order lifecycle management, including sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, payments, invoicing, taxation, and returns. Deep knowledge of OMS integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, e‑commerce platforms, tax engines, and logistics partners using REST/SOAP services. Strong proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, Angular, and microservices‑based architectures. Experience with both B2B and B2C OMS implementations. Strong understanding of Next‑Gen OMS / OMoC 2.0 architecture and containerized/cloud deployments. Expertise in performance tuning, scalability, security, and high‑availability OMS solutions. Experience working in Agile delivery models and leading cross‑functional teams.
