Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in OpenShift (OCP) environment management, including cluster administration and day-to-day operations, application deployment and lifecycle management on OpenShift, working with containers, pods, services, routes, and basic networking concepts
Proven experience deploying and operating enterprise applications on OpenShift, following best practices for availability, scalability, and security
Working knowledge (non-developer level) of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM API Connect (APIC) including understanding of ACE and APIC architecture and components, ability to deploy, configure, and operate ACE and APIC on OpenShift, familiarity with containerized ACE/APIC setups (e.g., images, configurations, runtime concepts)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines related to OpenShift-based deployments, configuration management and environment promotion (DEV / QA / PROD), monitoring, logging, and basic troubleshooting in containerized environments, understanding of security concepts in OpenShift (roles, access control, certificates at a high level)
Ability to work closely with integration developers (ACE / CPI / APIC), solution architects and product managers, platform and infrastructure teams
Comfortable operating in agile product teams supporting shared integration platforms
Willingness to provide extended support when required, including making additional effort outside regular working hours to resolve critical production issues
Nice to have:
Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., SAP CPI, Kafka, MQ)
Exposure to hybrid or cloud-native integration landscapes
Familiarity with GitOps concepts or tools
Experience supporting mission-critical integration platforms in enterprise environments
