Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Developer / Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise content management solutions using the IBM FileNet platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable document management and workflow solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop enterprise content management solutions using IBM FileNet
  • Configure and customize FileNet P8 components including Content Engine and Process Engine
  • Develop workflows and document lifecycle management processes
  • Integrate FileNet with enterprise applications and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to FileNet
  • Optimize system performance and maintain platform stability
  • Collaborate with business analysts and development teams
  • Maintain technical documentation and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform
  • Experience with FileNet Content Engine and Process Engine
  • Knowledge of Java, APIs, and web services
  • Experience with workflow development and document management solutions
  • Familiarity with database systems (SQL/Oracle)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Nice to have
