Job Description

Job Title: IBM DataStage Developer  Location: Charlotte, NC- Onsite Fulltime Employment   Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Expertise in IBM DataStage version 11.5 or above, DB2, Unix and SQL. Proficiency in SQL or another relevant language. Should be able to work independently on ETL development project including, design and implementation. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for job development, testing, and deployment. Identify improvements and automation opportunities for our internal processes and procedures. Author and maintain internal documentations. Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner. Experience with DataStage cloud implementation using IBM Cloud Pak is nice to have. Work with the architects, developers, offshore, business and technology stakeholders in a complex environment across different geographic locations. Ability to champion pragmatic, strategic technology alternatives which deliver short term results while contributing to long-term strategic direction. Experience in Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities Self-motivated Individual Contributor.
