Previous experience within a similar IBA Technician role
Strong understanding of IBA and Insurance
Ability to investigate and resolve complex queries efficiently
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across multiple departments
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Experience of working within a Lloyds Broker or similar environment would be advantageous

To allocate receipts and payments posted, investigate differences and liaise with the technical team and brokers
Ledger reconciliations and deal with queries
Maintain and monitor the Insurers log on a regular basis
To work closely with the technical divisions to perform credit control functions
Preparation of the Monthly Premium Paid Bordereaux
Agreement and settlement of the bordereaux
including investigating queries and amendments with the technical teams
