Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to oversee the implementation and administration of the IB DP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IB philosophy and a passion for promoting academic excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate the overall delivery of the IB Diploma Programme, ensuring compliance with IB standards
Collaborate with faculty to develop and enhance the curriculum and assessment strategies
Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development
Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff related to IB pedagogy and assessment
Manage communication with students, parents, and the IB organization
Organize and oversee IB assessments, examinations, and related administrative tasks
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learners

Requirements:

Master’s degree
Bachelor’s in Education or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the IB Diploma Programme is required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
