Job Responsibility:
Investigate production system issues to identify root causes, ensuring enhanced component availability and the implementation of automation to reduce manual interventions and incidents
Guide internal and external customers in selecting and integrating applications within the IAM environment, while collaborating with vendors and product teams to optimize component configurations
Evaluate and implement new vendor features to improve security and user experience, while actively providing feedback and initiating formal feature requests
Maintain expertise in evolving technology standards to steer product development and elevate the collective technical competencies of the IAM team
Requirements:
Proven experience in hands-on development and configuration within an IT product team, including the investigation and resolution of complex software or platform issues
The ability to quickly analyze, comprehend, and apply advanced technical concepts within a dynamic environment
Demonstrated proficiency in building professional relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customer projects, architects, and security specialists
Competency in delivering comprehensive documentation for support teams and customers that clearly explains system configurations and process flows
A strong awareness of key cybersecurity principles as they apply to secure software design and architecture
