Job Description

Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week. Frequent travel is expected, including both domestic (within the country of base) and international trips across the APU region (Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay) and also Brazil.

Job Responsibility

  • Go-to-Market Planning & Analytics
  • Identify, size and prioritize coverage and performance opportunities in the IAM (Independent Aftermarket) for the APU region
  • Design, implement and continuously refine a regional methodology to measure IAM coverage, performance and parts market share
  • Own the IAM KPI and reporting cadence for APU
  • Work closely with commercial, product marketing, dealers, e-commerce and special projects teams
  • Partner with regional IAM/CCA teams to pilot and deploy new tools, methodologies and processes
  • Field Execution & Development
  • Conduct regular field visits across Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay
  • Support and structure consultative management with dealers, distributors and wholesalers
  • Develop and maintain regional processes and routines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
  • Advanced Spanish (oral and written) required
  • English intermediate level required
  • Experience in the automotive aftersales is mandatory
  • Previous experience in business roles such as aftersales, business representative, sales operations, e-commerce, administration, marketing or product management
  • Solid experience working with data and KPIs (Excel, dashboards, reports)
  • Availability for frequent domestic and international travel within the APU region
