Job Description:

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Currently, we are looking for an experienced IAM SME with German.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a holistic IAM strategy, ensuring security and compliance by design
  • Consolidate regulatory and normative requirements into a harmonized IAM control framework (BSI IT Baseline Protection ↔ C5 ↔ ISO 27001)
  • Implement IAM controls and policies operationally in Azure Entra ID and Active Directory, including MFA, conditional access, and recertifications
  • Integrate applications with SSO/provisioning according to the control framework
  • create onboarding guides and checklists
  • Define evidence requirements and develop a reusable audit package (SoA, process and system evidence)
  • Create standardized compliance reports and dashboards for management, audits, and risk management
  • Provide consulting and enablement for service owners to ensure standards-compliant IAM implementation
  • Monitor and optimize IAM operations and maintain runbooks, technical policies, and process documentation

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in IAM with Azure Entra ID and Active Directory
  • Proven expertise in BSI IT Baseline Protection, C5, and ISO 27001 (ISMS/controls, audits, evidence, SoA)
  • Experience translating standards and regulatory requirements into technical controls and processes in IAM
  • Experience creating compliance reports, evidence packages, and supporting audits
  • Knowledge of IGA / SoD concepts and related processes
  • Experience in risk management (ISO 27005) and internal control systems (ICS)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Fluent German and English
