Job Description:

The IAM Secrets Management Platforms - Infrastructure Operations Manager is a senior management level role responsible for the management of various support functions in the areas like Infrastructure, Integrations, Operations and Strategic Initiatives. This role is a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced support of our privileged access management (PAM) and secrets management infrastructure leveraging CyberArk and HashiCorp technologies. This includes managing the full lifecycle from initial deployment and procurement to ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and integration with client applications. This role requires a strong background in automation, scripting, and infrastructure management, coupled with excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE principles is highly desired.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage various franchise critical security application Infrastructure, specifically in secrets and privileged access management domain
  • Drive the deployment (from scratch), maintenance and senior support of managed application infrastructure with end-to-end accountability
  • Lead a group of highly talented technical leads and SMEs (subject matter experts) in the region responsible for various senior support functions
  • Continuously assess and modernize processes and workforce to match with current industry standards
  • Collaborate with various product stakeholders, business senior leaders and vendors to design secure, scalable, and easy to consume security solutions for client applications
  • Lead and manage a 24x7x365 operations team spread across various countries in the region, provide technical and senior management oversight
  • Communicate vision and motivate the organization to achieve high performance and continuous improvement of all the aspects of Infrastructure support and associated processes
  • Develop framework to successfully manage the various operational groups and environments hosting the secrets and PAM Infrastructure
  • Work with various vendors and internal support groups to ensure application technology stack remains current in terms of product versions and industry standards
  • Facilitate the research, design and development of the state-of-the-art integration and product lifecycle processes to simplify product deployment and business onboarding
  • Lead the team through external/internal audit/compliance assessments and reviews to ensure product compliance
  • Lead Infrastructure projects and facilitate security assessment and remediation for the infrastructure associated the applications in scope
  • Proven ability to work with demanding global partners within aggressive timelines

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in Cyber Security with 3+ years' IAM Operations service delivery
  • 4+ years' experience directly managing teams (preferably in larger scale or enterprise environments)
  • Experience managing CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault infrastructure and servers
  • Hands-on experience working with both Linux and Windows Servers is a must
  • Experience/basic understanding of Chef, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Good grasp of networking concepts and protocols
  • DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE experience
  • Experience with web servers/application deployment
  • Experience interacting with web APIs using various protocols and frameworks (e.g., REST)
  • Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases from an application programmer's perspective including interfacing with databases, analyzing data, and writing complex queries/procedures
  • Understanding of containerization and associated technologies like Kubernetes/OpenShift
  • Experience managing high performing global teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills focusing on development and growth of the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Customer/client and quality focused
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

Nice to have:

  • One of more operating System certifications like MCSA (Windows Server), RHCSA, RHCE or CompTIA Server+ or the willingness to obtain within the first 12 months of employment
  • SRE/DevSecOps Foundation Certification, CyberArk Sentry, HashiCorp Vault Associate or CISSP certifications are a big plus
