Job Description:

This role is responsible for the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool suite. The focus of this job is to formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls and work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of execution of IGA strategies and roadmap. This is an exciting role where you’ll lead the strategy, planning and development of the IGA tool suite while ensuring compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of execution of IGA strategies and roadmap
Lead the strategy, planning and development of the IGA tool suite
Ensure compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations
Act as an advisor to leadership and the organization to develop or influence solutions for the highly complex business and technical requirements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers

Requirements:

7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience implementing, deploying, and designing industry leveraging leading COTS IAM solutions

Nice to have:

3+ years’ Experience in Cloud Development, Managed Kubernetes Service, Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Cloud Storage, DevSecOps and Agile
5+ years’ experience with Relational Databases, Java/JavaScript, OOPs, Selenium, TestNG, RESTAPI
