Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated SailPoint professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing operational support for SailPoint Identity Management solutions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of incidents.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SailPoint Identity Management solutions, addressing user inquiries and issues
  • Monitor and manage incidents and service requests related to SailPoint, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity governance and administration
  • Assist in the onboarding of new applications and users into the SailPoint environment
  • Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring to ensure optimal operation of SailPoint solutions
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and process documentation for support procedures
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SailPoint functionalities and best practices
  • Assist in the implementation of updates and patches to SailPoint systems as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on identity management solutions, preferably SailPoint
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ functionalities and workflows
  • Familiarity with identity governance concepts and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes

Nice to have:

Relevant certifications in SailPoint or identity management are a plus
