We are looking for a dedicated SailPoint professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing operational support for SailPoint Identity Management solutions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely resolution of incidents.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SailPoint Identity Management solutions, addressing user inquiries and issues
Monitor and manage incidents and service requests related to SailPoint, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity governance and administration
Assist in the onboarding of new applications and users into the SailPoint environment
Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring to ensure optimal operation of SailPoint solutions
Document and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and process documentation for support procedures
Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SailPoint functionalities and best practices
Assist in the implementation of updates and patches to SailPoint systems as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on identity management solutions, preferably SailPoint
Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ functionalities and workflows
Familiarity with identity governance concepts and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes
Nice to have:
Relevant certifications in SailPoint or identity management are a plus
