The IAM Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst supports the successful adoption of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives by driving change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role partners closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions are understood, adopted, and effectively integrated into day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings strong change management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
Job Responsibility
Support OCM activities for IAM programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise change management methodologies
Assist in developing and maintaining a reputation and adoption framework for IAM initiatives to build trust, awareness, and engagement across the organization
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and support change readiness activities
Draft, edit, and manage IAM-related communications, including emails, announcements, FAQs, job aids, and intranet content
Develop clear, consistent messaging tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
Coordinate communication timelines aligned with IAM project milestones
Work closely with IAM engineers, architects, and project teams to understand technical changes and translate them into business-friendly communications
Partner with project managers to align OCM deliverables with project plans and schedules
Support cross-functional collaboration to address adoption risks and user concerns
Create high-quality presentations and visual materials for leadership updates, stakeholder briefings, and end-user audiences
Deliver presentations to business stakeholders, leadership, and project teams as needed
Support training and enablement efforts related to IAM tools, processes, and policies
Track communication and change activities, gathering feedback to improve future IAM OCM efforts
Support reporting on adoption metrics, communication effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience supporting Organizational Change Management activities within technology or IAM-focused initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to create professional presentations and deliver content to diverse audiences
Nice to have
Experience working with IAM technologies (e.g., access provisioning, authentication, identity governance)
Experience working in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments
