The IAM Operations Support (GOS) team is focused on providing effort coordination support utilizing project management methodologies to our business partners, representing IAM on IS program working groups and fostering a relationship with IAM partners globally. The Operations Support is an individual contributor position responsible for leading efforts to remediate risk, increase and improve access and entitlement automation as part of overall operational efficiency enhancement and implement overall CISO and IAM strategic efforts including tech mandate changes. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain a professional relationship with our business partners, colleagues and external customers through effective communications and diplomacy to guide and influence IS practices
coordinate complex ang highly visible IAM engagements and efforts with utilizing project management framework to meet strategic goals
be responsible for IAM Ops owned project milestones and deliverables
partner with IS governance programs and coordinating within IAM Ops to implement policy changes
understand risk and control levels for multi-functional areas for IAM Ops supported systems/applications/tools and propose revisions where necessary
readily adopt automation strategies wherever practical and cost efficient
partner with peers within other service delivery centers and across Global Identity and Access Management to maximize operational efficiencies and effectiveness
provide project or program updates to IAM Ops leadership and our business partners through multiple channels including verbal and written media
proactively review IAM Ops processes to address business impacts based on metrics review, business and IAM Ops partner feedback or other sources to identify root causes and possible process improvements
proactively engage in any new system development or major enhancements that affect IAM Ops services so IAM Ops can provide the appropriate support and advisory
provide Information Security consulting services including interpretation and clarification of policies, procedures, standards and or concepts
ensure strong program and project level governance, including monitoring and control efforts for the supported projects, in compliance with Project Management Policy and Procedures
participate in the evaluation and selection of applications and systems with specific focus on IS implications, and in the planning and implementation of IS administration for IT and business driven projects
support the IAM organization in meeting any ad hoc requirements from IAM Ops and IS related programs
Requirements:
5-7 year’s work experience in Project Management, Information Security, or Cyber Security
must be committed to the delivery of quality customer service
must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
deep knowledge IAM Ops and/or IAM Ops supported systems or applications
general knowledge of Identity& Access Management practices on various platforms, applications, and systems across Citi
experience with problem and incident management processes for security and identity and access management incidents
extensive knowledge of global regulatory guidelines, industry standard security practices, Citi's corporate information security policies and compliance controls
excellent problem-solving skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills required to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level
advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint and Excel required) and IAM Ops tools
bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
