Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IAM/PAM Lead Consultant to drive identity and access management initiatives across client environments. The role involves leading strategy, implementation, and integration of IAM/PAM platforms while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM technologies, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and implementation of IAM strategy, policies, and procedures
  • Manage and deliver client IAM/PAM transformation projects
  • Drive integration of IAM/PAM platforms such as Saviynt, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, and CyberArk
  • Design and implement IAM capabilities including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Password vaulting and privileged access controls, Session monitoring and auditing
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies for identity-related risks
  • Ensure compliance with identity governance and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to align IAM solutions with organizational needs
  • Provide guidance on best practices, controls, and standards in IAM/PAM
  • Support organizational change management and user training initiatives

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in IAM/PAM technologies and frameworks
  • 8+ years' experience managing multiple IAM workstreams and project delivery
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as Saviynt, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, CyberArk
  • Strong understanding of identity governance, compliance, and security standards
  • Excellent project management skills, including timeline and budget management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
  • Hybrid role onsite in Jersey City, NJ
