We are looking for an IT Product Manager on Access to join the Identity and Access Management PSL (Product Service Line), as part of IM (Information Management), in the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department based in Marignane, France. Identity and access management (IAM) is a framework of business processes, policies and technologies that facilitates the management of electronic or digital identities and the access to applications or resources over the company. The Access IT Products sustain Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), encryption and digital certificates. The Access IT Products are mainly PingIdentity products (PingFederate and PingID), F5 bigIP, Microsoft PKI and Password Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver and deploy the solution, products and services with end-to-end accountability
Manage the products lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA's
Become responsible IT Product Manager of F5 and Password Manager, and act as IT Operator on PingID and Pingfederate, and PKI
Perform the integration/support with application owners for IAM Access activities (like SSO configuration)
Perform the troubleshooting and provide a backup of the current Access Products Managers
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and support the architect on the definition of IAM strategies, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies
Configure and administer the F5 platform, including integration with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners
Collaborate with application teams to integrate PingFederate, PingID and F5 into their workflows and ensure seamless access to protected resources
Support will be expected during the Build/Design phases for AH projects and analysis / resolution assistance during the Run phases
Monitor system logs and alerts, investigating and responding to potential security incidents in a timely manner
Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding the proper usage of F5 tools and ensure adherence to established security policies and procedures
Investigates/troubleshoots/remediates user-to-system and system-to-system access
Conduct routine maintenance, including monthly and quarterly patches and software upgrades in accordance with standard change management best practices
Participates in business continuity activities for the team and ensures security standards are met
Covered all activities and operational tasks for all restricted perimeter
Have a key role of coordinator and facilitator working closely with all the IM and business stakeholders
Ensure their good level of contribution for both run & build activities
Requirements:
Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
3-5 years of experience in Access management
Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR
Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange
Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration, with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners
Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding and PKI)
Knowledge of the ITIL framework
