Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team at Sopra Steria Polska, for a client that provides technological and operational support for the French postal service

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for the STCA (Socle Technique de Contrôle d’Accès) – solution based on IBM and Inetum Software products, formerly ILEX IAM Platform)
  • Contribute to problem resolution (GDP process)
  • Handle incident resolution as Level 2 support (incident types P0, P1)
  • Provide support for connecting applications to the IAM STCA solution
  • Participate in the evolution of the STCA solution to meet new needs of the Client’s IT department
  • Participate in the deployment and monitoring of high-privilege access (PAM)
  • Identify improvement opportunities for IAM processes and tools
  • Ensure operational maintenance of Client’s platforms
  • Ensure operational maintenance of application components within your scope and report on actions taken
  • Contribute to maintaining the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and participate in test campaigns
  • Contribute to monitoring Quality of Service (QS) in line with contractual commitments
  • Contribute to performance improvements of application components and integration chains, including preventive actions
  • Perform technical operations on directories and their data feeds (STCA Intranet)
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Ensure execution of tasks specified in requests, following established processes
  • Handle incident resolution
  • On-call duty outside working hours paid extra

Requirements:

  • French language at min. B2
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Infrastructure Engineer
  • Solid knowledge of concepts and application integration with IAM platforms
  • Strong experience with RHEL 7.9 and 8.8
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, Ansible, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of IDM (FreeIPA)
  • Ability to work under pressure (quick response to critical incidents)
  • Reporting and documenting actions
  • Being open to occasional business trips abroad

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with AWX
  • Knowledge of Centreon monitoring tool
  • Experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) 9.5
  • Understanding of CyberArk for privileged access management
  • Exposure to Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
  • Experience using ServiceNow for ITSM processes
