Job Responsibility

  • Lead end to end business analysis activities for the IAM modernization initiative with minimal guidance
  • Capture, analyze, and document functional, nonfunctional, and security requirements for SPA based IAM workflows
  • Facilitate collaboration across UIUX, Development, QA, Product, Security, and Architecture teams to drive delivery
  • Translate existing JSF based IAM flows into clear, future state requirements and user journeys
  • Own requirement traceability, delivery timelines, dependencies, and milestone planning
  • Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk and issue escalation

Requirements

  • 7 years of Business Analysis experience, with significant exposure to IAM or securityfocused initiatives
  • Strong technical understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC, identity lifecycle)
  • Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or SPAbased solutions
  • Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions and bridge business and engineering teams
  • Solid Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
