Our client, a large professional services firm located in Bala Cynwyd, PA, is looking to hire an IAM Analyst for a 3-month contract. This does have a chance extend and also required the candidate to work onsite 2-3 days per week. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining employee access across enterprise identity platforms and business applications across the organization. This role supports Joiner/Leaver/Mover lifecycle activities, identity integrations, access governance processes, and contributes to incremental automation and process improvements while partnering with business teams to ensure access is accurate, secure, and compliant.
Job Responsibility:
Support Joiner, Leaver, and Mover lifecycle activities to ensure timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of access
Administer and troubleshoot identity platforms including Microsoft Active Directory, OneLogin, Microsoft Entra ID, and AWS IAM
Maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning integrations, including SCIM-based provisioning where applicable
Fulfill, document, and track access requests through established ticketing and workflow systems in alignment with access control standards
Monitor and respond to identity-related service requests and incidents in accordance with established SLAs
Work with business and IT partners to resolve access issues and improve identity-related processes
Assist with access reviews, audit evidence collection, and identity-related compliance activities
Identify and help remediate access issues, risks, and process gaps across identity systems
Assist with the development and maintenance of basic automation, scripts, or workflows to improve identity lifecycle processes and reduce manual effort
Support testing and validation of automation changes related to user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access updates
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or a closely related IT or security role
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, OneLogin, Microsoft Entra ID, and AWS IAM
Experience supporting identity lifecycle processes and integrations with an HRIS platform
Familiarity with SCIM provisioning concepts, including user and group management and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes and work tickets to completion
Exposure to scripting, automation, or workflow-based solutions (e.g., PowerShell, APIs, or low-code automation tools) is a plus
Nice to have:
Experience supporting identity integrations with security platforms such as Zscaler
Familiarity with access governance concepts including role-based access control (RBAC), approvals, and access reviews
Experience working in enterprise-scale or retail environments
