Idex Consulting are working with an IFA Practice to recruit an IFA Support in Edinburgh. You will get involved in lots of aspects of the client journey from putting packs together, getting quotes and writing suitability letters etc. Ideally you will have had exposure to the I.O. system and have experience with a variety of platforms. You will be encouraged to progress and they will support you through your financial services diploma. You must have had IFA experience to be successful in your application.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the LFCW PGA programme
  • Develop and maintain operational calendars aligned to the technical programme and competition schedule
  • Work in collaboration with the LFCW 1st team kit manager to develop systems for LFCW PGA player and staff kit and equipment coordination, allocation and inventory management
  • Oversee all LFCW PGA matchday operations including venue preparation, opposition liaison, officials, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate training venue logistics, equipment provision, and facility scheduling
  • Ensure all training and match environments meet professional game standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for LFCW PGA audit, contributing to the ongoing compliance of the PGA licence
  • Ensure full compliance with governing body regulations
