Job Responsibility
Undertake all aspects of cleaning all food manufacturing areas, equipment and machinery to meet food hygiene standards
Carry out the consistent application of hygiene within a given area/line to make sure the area is maintained to the agreed standards
Ensure that all sanitation processes are completed in full and that hygiene standards for a given area are maintained during the production shift
Carry out Daily Cleaning of all areas of the factory as part of a team
Schedule Deep cleaning of large machinery
Wear full PPE such as: Chemical suit, Visor, Wellingtons, Gloves and Safety goggles
Work in Chilled and Hot environments
Fill out Paperwork to document the cleans
Promote good health and safety culture within the work place
Use of/and storage of chemicals
Report any damaged equipment or machinery
Requirements
Anybody is able to do this role as training and education will be provided
Previous experience is an advantage but not a necessity
A basic understanding of English, both verbal and written is a must
Any background with COSHH and HACCP is highly advantageous but not a necessity
