We're excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic Hygiene Manager to join our nightshift team and help us maintain our stellar hygiene standards. As our Hygiene Manager on the nightshift, you will be the driving force behind our hygiene practices during the late hours. Your leadership and expertise will ensure the cleanliness and safety of our production facility, allowing us to deliver the best products to our loyal customers. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead our awesome nightshift hygiene crew to uphold impeccable hygiene practices that meet and exceed industry standards
  • Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and acting swiftly to implement solutions
  • Collaborate with production teams to proactively address any hygiene-related challenges
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs that empower staff to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations, ensuring we are always compliant and innovative
  • Share your findings and performance metrics with the management team to celebrate successes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hygiene Manager in the food industry, with a passion for maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and hygiene best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Great communication skills that foster collaboration across teams
  • Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or a related field are a plus
  • Availability for nightshift work—this role involves working hours from 10 PM to 6 AM, Sunday to Thursday
