Hygiene Manager

• Verifying compliance with Brand Standard Audit requirements
• Advising and monitoring food handlers on proper food handling practices
• Identifying key areas of risk in food operations and taking remedial action
• Verifying compliance with food and hygiene regulations
• Providing technical advice on product labeling
• Providing food hygiene training for all food handlers
• Handling complaints from customers and health departments
• Conducting daily kitchen inspections
• Conducting vendor inspections
• Coordinating cleaning program in all F&B areas
• Maintaining and improving hygiene standards

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
• Environmental Health Degree or Culinary Degree (preferred)
