Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business/Systems Analyst specializing in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) to drive innovative e-commerce initiatives for our Client. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial bridge between technical development teams and the Client's business stakeholders. You will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery—from gathering requirements and modeling business processes to translating complex needs into high-quality technical specifications. If you possess a strong background in B2B/B2C e-commerce domains and excel at transforming business visions into functional digital solutions, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with the Client's business teams to map, model, and optimize business processes using BPMN
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of system requirements, performing As-Is vs. To-Be and Fit/Gap analyses to align business needs with SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities
  • Translate gathered business requirements and functional needs into clear, high-quality technical specifications and actionable user stories
  • Take full responsibility for feature delivery across the entire project lifecycle
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) bridging the gap between developers, QA, team leads, and the Client's business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process and system documentation, including ERDs, Sequence Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions, combined with a strong background in Business or Systems Analysis
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with practical experience working in B2B and/or B2C environments
  • Solid understanding of the SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle and expertise in generating comprehensive process and system documentation (User Stories, ERDs, Sequence Diagrams, DFDs, etc.)
  • Proven track record in gathering requirements, translating them into actionable tasks, and driving end-to-end project delivery
  • Hands-on experience with modern analysis and collaboration tools, including: - BPMN, UML, Visio, draw.io - Balsamiq Mockups, InVision - JIRA, Confluence
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a particular emphasis on clear, precise technical writing when interacting with both developers and the Client

What we offer

  • An attractive salary tailored to your expertise and market standards
  • Remote or hybrid work models with flexible hours to ensure a healthy work-life balance
  • Dedicated budgets for training, workshops, and obtaining professional certifications (such as SAP, Agile, or BPMN)
  • A comprehensive benefits package that may include private medical care, life insurance, and sports/fitness subsidies
  • High-end hardware and all the necessary software licenses (JIRA, Visio, drawing tools) you need to perform at your best
  • The opportunity to work closely with a major global Client in a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values your input and expertise
