Job Description:

As a Hybris-QA Engineer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4 YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze business and functional requirements related to SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing
  • Validate Hybris features including Product Catalog, CMS, OCC APIs, Checkout, Promotions, Pricing, and Order Management
  • Test integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, tax, shipping, etc.)
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI
  • Support automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
  • Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Perform performance and basic security testing where applicable
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud testing
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce domain concepts
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies
  • Experience testing REST APIs (OCC)
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
  • Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with test automation (Selenium, Java, TestNG, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Hybris Backoffice, HAC, Impex, and FlexibleSearch
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • SAP Commerce Cloud certification
