Hybrid Controller

• Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Utilize Sage accounting software to maintain financial records and ensure data integrity
• Develop and monitor budgets to align with organizational objectives
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
• Lead audits and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, fostering attention to detail and continuous growth

• 5+ Years Accounting Experience
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software
• Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and general accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
