Job Responsibility:
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage cost accounting processes to monitor expenditures and improve profitability
Oversee financial reporting activities, providing comprehensive insights to support business strategies
Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective financial strategies
Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to maintain organized and accurate financial records
Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support long-term planning
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
Provide detailed financial analyses to assist data-driven decision-making
Ensure proper documentation and control of financial records
Train and guide staff on best practices for financial procedures and systems
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in preparing financial statements and managing financial reporting
Proficiency in cost accounting practices and methodologies
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support strategic decisions
Advanced knowledge of finance, including budgeting and forecasting
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and related systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
