3 years of experience in area of specialization
Must have EPA 608 Universal Certificate
Must be able to work out of an aerial lift 30ft or higher
Valid Driver's License

Job Responsibility

Maintain buildings, facilities, and equipment in operating and functional condition
Refrigeration repairs, troubleshooting, and air handler maintenance and repairs
Electrical repairs or installations, plumbing, welding, machine servicing, and general mechanical maintenance
Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating and ventilation equipment, pumps, fans, compressors, and other mechanical equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC control and operating systems as scheduled in CMMS
Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance
Analyze and resolve work problems
Safely perform functions including following safety guidelines and wearing PPE
Understand company policies and enforce safety regulations
Coordinate work with outside contractors

Maintains pneumatic and electric controls systems associated with refrigeration equipment
Determine materials to be used and quantities needed
