Job Responsibility:

  • Leading residential air conditioning installations across new builds and renovations
  • Running teams on ducted system installations in residential homes
  • Coordinating and supporting installers day-to-day onsite
  • Managing workflow, productivity, and quality outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and clients
  • Problem-solving onsite challenges and keeping projects on track
  • Championing safety and best practice installation standards

Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years’ hands-on HVAC installation experience
  • Strong residential installation experience
  • Confidence leading or guiding teams onsite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full NZ driver’s licence
