Hvac sheetmetal trainees, technicians, and journeymen

We are looking for HVAC Sheetmetal trainees, technicians, and journeymen. We are looking for individuals who are positive, organized, detail-oriented, flexible and quick learners. Duties will include but are not limited to: Ensure trade specific craftsmanship, safety, and productivity is completed at or above ICS standards. Installation of HVAC Sheet Metal systems and components. Be a leader in the field and abilities to install and follow a layout. Ensure safe working practices by identifying and mitigating possible hazardous situations. Ensure trade specific craftsmanship, safety, and productivity is completed at or above ICS standards. Knowledge and implementation of trade standards and codes for practical application and have all trade specific hand tools. Assist in problem-solving. Meet Foremen’s productivity and quality expectations. Communicate with your foreman on day-to-day tasks. Hold ICS trade team members accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.
