Job Responsibility

Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' needs

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
Ability to service, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and homeowner education
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Comfortable working independently in the field
Accurate documentation of service calls, recommendations, and completed work using mobile or written tools
Physically able to work on HVAC units
Ability to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
