Job Responsibility:
Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician focused on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring Customer Care is at the forefront of every interaction
Provide outstanding service in a residential setting, working on a wide range of HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and more
Proactively find and fix small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, ensuring customer equipment lasts longer and doing right by the homeowner
Provide homeowners with your honest opinion based on facts so they can make informed decisions regarding repairs and upgrades
Be skilled in customer service, the collection of money, and providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers (upselling for add-ons and providing options)
Work effectively under minimum supervision while being a valued part of a team that respects and leans on each other when needed
Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have with those just getting started in the trade
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of Residential HVAC service experience is required
EPA License required
Valid and current driver’s license with an insurable driving record
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work (Integrity is a core value)
Knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC Equipment and a lifelong learner mindset
Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email (Microsoft Office experience required)
Nice to have:
Selling experience (upselling, presenting options) is a plus
NATE certification is a plus
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
