Job Responsibility

Run the service department day to day and own the technical standard across it
Manage engineers and approved subcontractor list, rotas, standby, scheduling and training
Ensure statutory and mandatory PPM is planned, delivered, reported and followed up
Be the technical point of reference for engineers across service, maintenance, repairs and remedials
Produce quotations for service, repairs, remedials and small works
Run small works projects from scope to completion
Mobilise new service agreements including site surveys and asset verification
Spend regular time on site meeting clients and engineers, running audits and carrying out H&S checks
