Job Description

Seeking an HVAC Service Manager with construction and service experience working on both residential and advanced commercial systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage HVAC service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Supervise and mentor service technicians and office staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Communicate effectively with general contractors and homeowners to address service needs
  • Train new technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and company procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of advanced HVAC systems and ensure compliance with building codes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC construction and 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience as a service technician with a deep understanding of HVAC systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of building codes
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Nice to have

Knowledge of plumbing are advantageous
