HVAC Senior Technician

Perform skilled preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of a broad range of heating, cooling, refrigeration, air filtration, and ventilation equipment

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of experience equivalent to a technician’s certificate in an HVAC specialized field, or 4-year apprenticeship program in an approved HVAC program
• or 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, including 2 years of working on large tonnage chilled water systems
• EPA & Arizona State Refrigerant Certification upon hire or promotion
• Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Certification within 1 year of hire or promotion
• valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work

• Experience working on large-tonnage chilled water systems
• Experience working with industrial or commercial units running on 480volt
