Job Responsibility:

  • Expertly assemble and install diverse HVAC systems
  • Seamlessly connect installed systems to electrical panels
  • Install crucial additional components, like refrigeration line sets and air quality accessories
  • Thoroughly test and calibrate new systems to achieve optimal performance
  • Champion safety by rigorously adhering to all protocols and regulations, especially when handling refrigerants and electrical systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency
  • Empower the next generation: Mentor and train apprentice technicians, sharing valuable knowledge and expertise
  • Actively assist with inventory management, ensuring sufficient parts and supplies are always ready
  • Stay sharp! Participate in ongoing training to remain at the forefront of industry trends and technologies
  • Maintain precise records of all installations via service software

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems
  • A solid, working understanding of how refrigeration systems and their parts function
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to excel independently and as a collaborative team player
  • A keen eye for troubleshooting, skilled at finding and fixing problems quickly and efficiently
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
