Job Responsibility

Perform a wide range of tasks, including the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex HVAC-R equipment and controls
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes, as well as industry best practices
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
Diagnose system malfunctions
Execute timely repairs to minimize downtime
Utilize diagnostic tools and technical manuals effectively
Accurately document all service and inspection activities

Execute preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures with Teammates and Vendor Partners
Conduct building rounds, maintain detailed logs and data sheets, ensuring all regulatory compliance and safety requirements are met
Enter detailed and explanatory comments into work order database, so actions can be documented and referenced
Provide customer interface and support, assisting with planning and scheduling optimization, and ensuring high-quality document management
Identify hazards, implement remediation measures, and complete comprehensive safety training programs
Collaborate with Vendor Partners to ensure proper work authorization procedures are followed and maintain incident contact response protocols
Accept and log all complaints, status, and follow-up calls in CMMS database
Take immediate action on all alarms to repair or correct
