Job Responsibility:

Trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house (including kitchen, electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R systems, and using a windows-based computer system)

Requirements:

  • Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends & holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • EPA Section 608 Universal certification
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience to include 120V to 480V equipment
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs
  • Basic boiler operation and chiller operating experience
  • Knowledge of DDC and BAS Operations
  • Minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience requested, with hotel experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life-safety systems required
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
