Requirements

5+ years of HVAC installation experience
Maintain communication with dispatch and other team members
Keep your company truck clean
Keep your truck inventory up to date
Properly complete paperwork
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Have and maintain a clean driving record
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

2 Years Residential HVAC installation experience is required
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred
Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR

Job Responsibility

Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision
Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes
Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required

EPA Universal Certification

Open to entry-level candidates or individuals with 2–3 years of experience in HVAC installation
High School Diploma or equivalent

Help prepare the work area by laying down drop cloths and setting up necessary equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times, including final clean-up and debris removal
Safely use and maintain hand tools and basic power tools under the direction of the lead technician
Assist in the measuring, cutting, and installation of ductwork and ventilation components
Follow all instructions from the Lead Installer promptly and accurately to ensure efficient project completion and adherence to deadlines
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and best practices while working on site
