Job Responsibility

  • Design HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
  • Perform heating and cooling load calculations
  • Select and specify HVAC equipment and components
  • Prepare technical drawings and documentation using CAD software
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues
  • Provide technical support during construction phases
  • Develop energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions
  • Manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements

  • Experience of 5-7 years
  • Commercial building MEP work execution and with preferably developers or IPCs
  • MEP back ground
  • Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
  • Should have HOTO experience in terms of vacant floors
  • Client management and transitioning experience
  • Should have sound knowledge of ISO and other safety standards in terms of project execution
  • Execution and project management experience in terms of BOQ preparation, Work schedules, budgeting, planning, execution, monitoring and control
  • Good knowledge of Excel and hand on experience of Auto cad. (could review drawings)
