Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commissioning Engineer for a contract role on a large-scale data centre development in Denmark. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced project delivering critical infrastructure. You will play a key role in the commissioning phase, ensuring HVAC systems are installed, tested, and operating efficiently to meet strict data centre performance standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Commissioning HVAC systems including AHUs, CRAH/CRAC units, chilled water systems, and ventilation
  • Carrying out pre-commissioning checks and functional performance testing
  • Supporting Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and client handover
  • Reviewing technical documentation and commissioning plans
  • Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Identifying and resolving mechanical system issues
  • Producing detailed commissioning reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Strong experience commissioning HVAC systems on large infrastructure or data centre projects
  • Familiarity with mission-critical environments preferred
  • Good knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent English required (Danish not essential)
  • Valid EU working rights
