Hvac - Account Manager

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with building owners, engineers and contractors
• Conduct sales call, presentations and meetings to promote HVAC solutions
• Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and pricing for projects
• manage full cycle, from prospecting to contact negotiation and close
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations and emerging technologies

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical sales or related fields
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, water process solutions, or mechanical systems
• Proven tract record of building relationships and closing deals
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment - self motivated, adaptable and proactive
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with contractors, engineers and building owners is a plus
